The reality is that the individual cells within polyethylene foam
do not physically connect to one another.
This cellular formation is similar to fish caught in a fisherman's
net.
From a critical distance, the net appears to be one massive object.
However, upon closer examination, it becomes apparent that there is
numerous individual fish packed tightly together that the result is
the aforementioned appearance of singularity.

1)What's the advantage of your insulation?
Our insulation have good performance on heat-resistant, fireproof,
waterproof, heavy duty, lightweight, Eco-friendly and so on
2)What’s the order procedure?
First we discuss foam products details by email or TM.
Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested
to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. usually
takes 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for
shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been
settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
3) What's the R-value?
The R-value differ with material structure and thickness, normally
rang from 2.4-3.5.
4) What's the advantage of your insulation?
Our insulation have good performance on heat-resistant, fireproof,
waterproof, heavy duty, lightweight, Eco-friendly and so on.
Peformance
1. Excellent heat insulation performance: Low thermal conductivity,
<0.040W/m · K, less than polystyrene, similar to polyurethane,
as the excellent insulation, heat insulation materials;
2. High apparent density: Apparent density reachs to 28± 2kg/m ³ ,
superior to polyurethane and phenolic foam; Reduces the building's
weight, load of the building and cost of the structure. Also easy
and fast to construct, and improve efficiency;
3. Qualified combustion performance: Combustion performance reach
the B2 level of building and decoration material class, the same as
polystyrene;
4. Good corrosion resistance and ageing resistance: Resistance to
acid and organic solvents, long-term exposure to the Sun, minor
aging, special anti-aging treatment but can be done;
5. Superior production technology to meet different needs:
Continuous and controllable production process meets different
requirements of the length and width, effectively reducing the
waste during transportation and installation.
